The Oxford Heritage 40Ltr Panniers have been constructed from an outer fabric of traditional Waxed Cotton Canvas with a Polyester inner lining. To ensure that these bags can be used in all weathers, there is a waterproof liner which is removable, keeping your belongings safe.
For easy transportation off the bike, there is an easy grab carry handle and padded Shoulder straps for additional comfort. These Panniers have a unique under seat security strap, and a slip-through sleeve on the back which is idea for use on a sissy bar and tucking away seat straps when using shoulder straps.
Additional features include a stiffening board which helps the back and base retain its shape, and a stud/zip external pocket for extra storage.
