The RL3 range of analogue rev limiters from Micro Dynamics feature smooth cut technology which protects your engine from accidental over revving. The user adjustable upper rev limit is simply set by a 20 turn screw in the unit.

Compatible with single coil ignition systems triggered by contact breaker or electric ignition systems such as Lumenition, the RL3 will not affect engine performance and will allow full engine power up to the set RPM limit.
The units come supplied with a pre-set rev limit of 6000 rpm (4 Cylinder) , 4000 rpm (6 Cylinder), 3000 rpm (8 Cylinder), but have the following rev limit adjustability: 4000 to 140000 rpm (4 Cylinder) , 2700 to 9250 rpm (6 Cylinder), up to 7000 rpm (8 Cylinder).
