The plug & play OBDII adaptor cable from AEM Electronics allows for easy connection of CD-5 and CD-7 digital dash displays into vehicles from 2008 on using the OEM ECU. The cable simply plugs into the vehicles OBDII port and provides the dash with vehicle and engine data from the ECU.

Once the plug & play adaptor cable is connected the dash polls the vehicles CAN Bus for available channels and delivery speed. The user than then select which channels they wish to display and also set any alarm parameters for each channel.
