This handy tool has been designed to make drilling panels for installing quick turn fasteners easier and more accurate. Start by lining up where you want your fastener to sit on the panel and drill with the 1/4" centre hole. Once done, the centre plug is fitted to ensure that the tool remains in the same place while allowing for pivoting around its centre point. Once the desired angle is found, drill the first spring fixing hole and then plug once drilled. This ensures that the final hole is also perfectly lined up and removes the frustration of an ill-fitting fastener which doesn't line up correctly.
