The Energy Impact Systems (EIS) seat insert kit has been proven in race car seats and is used in major race series globally, including LMP1, LMP2, GT & Sportscars and most single seaters making it eligible for worldwide for race cars and rally cars of all categories. The BSCI material is homologated by the FIA in technical lists #17 & #50 for use in Motorsport competition. The material has been designed to provide much greater impact absorption properties as well as being fire resistant. The kit comprises of all necessary items to produce a professional, mess free and time effective insert personalised to the driver. Using a 2 part liquid process, the EIS system has no solid matter to compromise perfect formation of the drivers body, so will provide maximum support and greater safety in the event of a collision. It will not shrink, crack or become brittle. To underline the EIS' superior position, it is the only mouldable inset kit utilising EC-50 FIA compliant foam material on the market today.

27 litre - Small – (approx 1 sq.ft) Base pad or lower back piece
36 litre - Medium – (approx 1.3 sq.ft) Base pad and lower back insert in a bucket seat / partial insert for second driver
53 litre - Large – (approx 1.9 sq/ft) Full insert for bucket seat / small single seater such as FF, Jedi
72 litre - X Large – (approx. 2.55 sq/ft) Single seater F3/F4/FF, prototype
95 litre - XX Large – (approx. 3.4 sq/ft) Large Single seater/prototype/Sportscar GT
Each seat kit contains: 2 containers of foam (part A and part B), sheet(s) of EC-50 foam (number of sheets and thickness is dependent on the kit size), 1 roll of double sided adhesive tape, 1 roll of black gaffer tape, 1 plastic bag, CarbonX material to cover the seat and 1 mixing tool
