These quick release knurled battery fasteners allow quick connection or removal of gel type race batteries. These are available threaded M6 male (bolt type) or M6 female (nut type).

These suit Varley, Odyssey, Super B and other gel race batteries with M6 terminals. The thermoplastic tops stop accidental shorting of the terminals if working around the battery. The diameter is big enough to allow easy tightening and removal without taking up too much space.
We would recommend using an M6 washer below to reduce friction. Thread part is steel 5.8 and are coloured red or black for easy identification.
