A Charge Cooler works on a very similar basis to an uprated intercooler but uses water instead of air to provide additional cooling a key component to this system is the cooling radiator. The PolarCooler upgrade radiator core size is increased over the OE system which speeds up heat transfer and increases cooling characteristics which should in turn lead to lower overall operating temperatures and a quicker reduction in temperatures once the system is hot.
