This latest FHR device from hans replicates the design of the top level devices used in F1 but in a more affordable polymer material. The hollow collar reduces the weight making the hans III the lightest entry level HANS device available. Now available in 20 or 30 degree recline to cover most forms of Motorsport from saloons to single seaters. The hans III is the most cost effective 30 degree device available. Sliding tethers are fitted as standard to provide greater freedom of movement. Helmet posts/clips are not included and are available separately.
Available in the following recline angles:
- 20 degree - suitable for most saloons, GT's and rally cars, or any other application with a more upright seating position
- 30 degree - suitable for most single seater, formula cars and sports prototypes
Available in 2 sizes:
- Medium - Up to 17" (43cm) collar size
- Large - Over 17" (43cm) collar size

All circuit racing drivers in post 1976 cars must use an FHR
For circuit racing drivers in pre 1977 cars an FHR is highly recommended
Demon Tweeks highly recommends harnesses with 2/3" or 2" wide shoulder straps for use with all FHR's to provide the best fit.
