Jetex Decibel Inserts are a cost effective way of reducing exhaust noise and are ideal for where exhausts are over the specified decibel limit for track days or competition. They can be welded into the exhaust for a permanent fixture or if removal is required they can be attached using self tapping screws. They are designed to be placed inside a minimum pipe run of 300mm for effective sound dampening.

Note: Jetex decibel inserts are sized to be compatible with Jetex exhaust tubing, for example a 2 inch decibel insert is the correct fit for Jetex 2 inch O/D exhaust tubing. for use with other brands of exhaust tubing please refer to the dimension drawing to check the sizing.
