Mintex F2R is a high torque compound brake pad designed for competition / track day use. It offers low initial torque with a flat torque curve which makes it an ideal compound for vehicles with less downforce and grip. The flat curve provides stable and predictable braking lap after lap which combined with improved pedal feel and modulation sensitivity proved the driver with braking confidence.

The Mintex F2R compound was originally formulated for NASCAR but it has found great success in many other Motorsport disciplines including Rallying, single make race series, sports cars, open wheel racers and touring car (rear axle), sprints and shorter endurance races. It is also a great compound for track day use.
Mintex F2R brake pads are designed for competition / off-road use, and as such are not approved for use on the road.
