These billet Remote filter heads are designed to relocate the engine oil filter due to lack of space in the original position. This makes them useful for engine conversions or other modifications which limit space. A built in wax thermostat opens at 80°C allowing oil to flow through an auxiliary circuit, such as to an oil cooler. The filter head accepts spin on oil filters with a 76mm to 98mm diameter and with options of popular filter threads.

To make plumbing easier the filter heads are available with left to right or right to left flow and versions are available with 2 x 1/8" NPTF take offs which allows the fitment of an oil temperature or pressure gauge sender, or switch. The inlet and outlet ports are M22 x 1.5 female and adapters are available separately to suit various plumbing options.
