This simple to use system detects cracks and flaws in metals. Supplied as 3 separate spray cans each forming a part of the crack detection process -
- Cleaner Spray (400ml) - cleans the area to be crack tested
- Penetrant Spray (400ml) - A spray dye which penetrates even the smallest pores and imperfections
- Developer Spray (370ml) - This lifts the dye from the surface to indicate any imperfections as a red mark.
The whole process takes 10-20 minutes to complete.
Sold individually or as a kit comprising of all 3 sprays.
