Using the same technology found in their turbo heat shields Design Engineering have developed this heat shield for use on the turbo wastegate. It is constructed with a Titanium LR outer layer with multiple stainless steel and silica inner layers to provide superior thermal insulation. This insulation helps reduce under bonnet temperatures which can improve engine performance.
