The Design Engineering Protect A Boot Spark Plug Boot And Wire Protection will protect your Spark plug boots from the extreme heat generated by the headers or exhaust manifolds. Constructed from a Fibreglass composite material, they install in seconds and come in a range of colours.

Design Engineering protect-a-boots prevent burning, hardening and cracking of the plug lead boots that can cause misfiring. If the ignition leads are very close to the headers, it is still advisable to wrap the header with exhaust wrap in the problem area in addition to the protect-a-boots.
