Designed for use with the Eastwood surface conditioning tool these finishing wheels are ideal for light surface rust or paint removal while metal conditioning at the same time. At just 1" (25mm) wide these wheels are more suited to intricate jobs where the 4" wide drum may be too bulky. Available in a range of grits depending on the surface finish required.
