The Genius1 represents the next generation of battery charging and maintenance. It is 35% smaller and delivers 25% more power than the previous G750 charger and includes enhanced features. Keeping your battery in top condition has never been easier, simply connect the Genius1 and select the charge mode. That's all you have to do for worry free, year round battery maintenance. If your battery is deeply discharged then chances are the Genius1 can recover it. It automatically detects and recovers batteries as low as 1 volt. For batteries lower than 1 volt there is a 'Force Mode' function to detect and charge batteries down to Zero volts.
The NOCO Genius1 is suitable for use with many types of battery including lead acid in both 6 and 12 volts plus 12v gel type and AGM batteries. It is even compatible with lithium ion batteries. A re-designed clamp provides easy attachment to battery terminals of all shapes and sizes including M6 male and female threaded terminals.
In built advanced diagnostics instantly alert you to any issues including:
High Voltage: When the battery voltage is too high for the selected charge mode.
Bad Battery: There may be a short in the battery or another fault where it will not hold charge. The battery will need to be checked by a professional.
Reverse Polarity: The charger connections are reversed
Standby Mode: The voltage is too low for the battery to detect
Tempertaure: The ambient temperature is outside of the chargers operating limits (below -20 deg C or above 40 deg C)
