This gear position indicator from Cartek provides a clear visual indication to the driver of the current selected gear. It also features a multi colour LED shift light which is user settable to indicate the optimum RPM to shift gear for maximum performance without risking damage to the engine.

There are two different versions of the Cartek gear position indicator with shift light:
Club: This version can be connected directly to sequential gearboxes which have an analogue voltage gear position output. Alternatively it can calculate the selected gear from engine RPM and road speed. if the vehicle does not have an electronic speed sensor a universal one will need to be fitted (available separately). Not compatible with vehicles with older type CDI ignition systems.
OBD2: This version plugs directly into a vehicles OBD2 port and calculates the selected gear using engine RPM and road speed supplied via the OBD2 connection
