These Engine Specific Exhaust Flanges are manufactured from heavy duty materials which are an advantage in a number of ways: the fabricated manifold will have a sturdy surface with which to fit, plus the flange itself will be resistant to damage which may be caused by engine vibration. They are manufactured in mild or stainless steel, each material is corrosion resistant, with the stainless material ensuring an extra high tolerance even at higher temperatures which exhaust components are subject to.
The flange range has been developed to be a direct fit for certain popular engine models which allows manufacturing of custom manifolds without the hassle of machining a flange, whilst still reaping the benefit of producing an exhaust manifold to suit individual requirements.
