These sandwich plates from Mocal provide an oil feed and return for remote oil devices such as oil coolers. Suitable for vehicles with spin on oil filters, the plate fits between the oil filter and engine and screws into place via the male / female centre bolt. This bolt also allows the oil filter to be screwed into the plate.

Mocal sandwich plates are available with a range of different oil filter thread types to suit different engines. They are suitable for oil filters with a 76mm diameter, a range of suitable oil filters can be found HERE.
Thermostatic versions of the sandwich plates are available. These contain a wax stat which only allows oil to flow to the cooler once the temperature reaches 80°C. This provides faster engine warm up times.
