Millers Oil CVL (Lead Replacement) - Competition Valve Lubricant from Millers is the unique solution to running race engines on unleaded fuel.
The CVL formula provides flame front control. This protects the engine against detonation damage. It is also formulated to lubricates valve seats and typically adds 3 octane to base fuel.
- Protects against valve seat recession
- Protects against the corrosive effects of Ethanol used in E5 and E10 pump fuel
- Allows engines to run more advanced ignition timing without pre-ignition occuring
- Allows classic engines to run on unleaded fuel
Suitable for leaded or unleaded fuels it is equally effective in modern engines but is only recommended for occasional use if your vehicle is fitted with a catalytic converters fitted.
