The Heusinkveld Engineering Sim Pedals Ultimate Upgrade Kit is suitable for the “original” Sim Pedals Ultimate kit, and provides the benefits and main technical enhancements to your pedal set that are seen on the latest Sim Pedals Ultimate+. This upgrade kit will improve your Ultimate pedals in regards to durability, electronics and smartcontrol software with improved brake spring system components.
- EMC tested controller box, which can be used with the powerful Heusinkveld smartcontrol software
- Added bearings on the spring rod pivots will improve the smoothness of the pedal
- The rubber stack assembly includes a knurled knob for easy preload adjustment
The brake rubber stack assembly is fitted with custom made Heusinkveld brake elastomers that give an unprecedented progressive feel to the brake pedal and have been tested to retain their performance even after a million duty cycles. Also in the kit are spring rod pivots which have internal bearings. This improves the smoothness of the pedal, reducing unwanted noise and will extend the durability of the pedals.

The smart controller software mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force. Adjustments can be made without having to recalibrate the pedals. All settings can be saved into profiles.
