Mishimoto’s radiators are already extremely well engineered to keep your engine cool.
For some very demanding applications though, even something like that isn’t enough.
For this reason Mishimoto offer their special X-Line radiators.
These use the same TIG welded all aluminium construction as their “normal” radiators, but come with 2-inch thick three row cores.
As with the standard range, the core is all brazed and the end tanks are TIG welded.
This is, in a word, hefty. The additional row of core provides additional coolant capacity and more surface area, both of which are good for getting rid of heat quickly.
Note –
For engines under high loads we’d also recommend considering a high performance cooling product like Evans Waterless Coolant or Mishimoto’s own Liquid Chill additive
