OMP Custom design race suits are the ideal solution to competitors looking for a unique personalised race suit without the complicated ordering system or pricing structure. By using the OMP suit configurator software (see link below) you can choose from a huge range of colour options and add your own embroidered logos or printed graphics to create a bespoke suit. The suit images shown are just an example of what is possible.
Taking the OMP Tecnica Evo race suit as a starting point, you are able to customise and choose from the following:

OMP Tecnica Evo Race Suit
This professional 3 layer race suit is manufactured from a lightweight Nomex sandwich material which gives an extremely comfortable feel. OMP’s unique “DRY SYSTEM” technology is utilised, this draws moisture away from the body and allows fresh air in which helps regulates core temperature and reduce perspiration.

- Fully floating arm bellows allow for excellent freedom of movement
- Flat epaulettes designed to reduce pressure points when using an FHR device
- Lightweight material - just 340 grm/sq.m
The OMP Tecnica Evo race suit features large elasticated breathable inserts which are positioned around the suit twinned with the latest sateen finish Nomex outer layer, this ensures that in the driving position you’re at your most comfortable. Additionally, the fully bellowed arms offer maximum movement whilst holding the wheel. The suit also offers a retractable belt Velcro closure, soft knit collar, ultra-flat internal seams and newly styled flat epaulettes perfect for use with FHR devices. For best results and maximum breathability, OMP recommends using the “DRY SYSTEM” technology underwear to release the full benefits of the suit.

The design process is very user friendly and you can make changes to your design at any time, and don't worry if you make a mistake, you can create as many different designs as you like until you are happy with the final render on the recap page. The design will only be saved once you click Send Request.
If you change your mind after clicking Send Request, that's ok as the suit making process won't begin until a member of the Demon Team have contacted you to confirm all aspects of the suit design.
Once your request is sent, head back to this page on the Demon Tweeks website to add your suit to the basket. Select the appropriate size option and the cm/sq logo area (which will be stated in the suit configurator). Once you have made your selections, just checkout as normal.
That's it... a conformation email will be sent to you and a member of the Demon Tweeks team will be in touch to confirm all the details with you, together with a final suit design render for your approval.
Add on optional extras: If chargeable optional extras (shown above) are selected in the configurator these are not shown on the web page dropdown options. in this case we will be in touch with a complete price and details of how to proceed with the order.
