The Pirelli RK Tarmac Rally Tyre is designed specifically for tarmac rally use and features two longitudinal grooves which allow the tyre to be effective in both wet and dry conditions. Ideal for changeable weather or where a stage includes wet and dry sections.
- The two channels are on the inner section of the tyre to ensure more effective water drainage and avoid aquaplaning
- The outer part of the tread has a greater contact patch area to generate more grip when cornering
The Pirelli RK Asphalt (Tarmac) rally tyre is available in a range of compounds to suit differing vehicles and road conditions.
- RK5 - Hard compound
- RK7 - Medium compound
- RK9 - Soft compound
- RKW7 - Wet compound
FIA approved for stage rally use.
