The Gold Super Formula is a top of the range 8 point harness from Sabelt designed for single seater / formula cars where weight saving is paramount without compromising safety. By utlising titanium and aluminium for the harness fittings the weight has been reduced as much as possible.

The harness features 2 sets of shoulder straps, 2 with 3" wide webbing which fit under the FHR device and 2 with 2" webbing which fit over the FHR device. This method of using 2 sets of shoulder straps provides optimum comfort and safety as the belt is in direct contact with the drivers shoulders and not via the FHR device. 2" webbing is used for the lap and crutch straps. Velcro tabs at the bottom of the shoulder straps provide an attachment point to keep the straps out of the way whilst entering or exiting the cockpit. The left shoulder strap also has provision for attaching a comms cable. Lap straps are a loop and D ring type with comfort stitching for an improved feel. Attachment to the chassis is via sewn loops on the shoulder straps and bolt in fittings for the lap and crutch straps.
FIA 8853-2016 approved
