The 79 series master cylinder range from Tilton have been specifically designed to be compatible with Motorsport ABS braking systems. Developed to fit the 800 and 900 series pedal assemblies these master cylinders feature a spherical bearing rear mount ans a one piece piston / pushrod to eliminate side loading on the bore. This results in a more consistent and predictable braking effort.

The Tilton 79 series master cylinders are able to work with Motorsport ABS systems because of their innovative compensation port strategy with mechanically opened cut off / compensation path. This greatly reduced the risk of damaging seals due to the high pressure pulsations from the ABS system. They are constructed from a billet aluminium body for weight reduction. Cylinders are hand built and blue printed for optimum performance and repeat ability in braking.
