Designed specifically for the Mercedes AMG C63 / C63S, this Eventuri Carbon Fibre Intake System has been developed to provide the turbo's most efficient and direct airflow path. Eventuri's patented venturi stack housing and custom intake designs ensure that airflow remains as laminar as possible at all times. Combined with bespoke high-flow filters and vehicle-specific cold air feed/ducts, you get a fully optimised intake system that operates with the lowest inlet air temperatures possible and consistently delivers noticeable performance gains.

At first glance, it's obvious Eventuri intakes are different from the standard filter, intake pipe and heat shield combinations, offered by other aftermarket intake system makers.

Based on their extensive tuning and aeronautics background, the engineers at Eventuri are raising the standards for intake design and development. Focused on a complete solution, each vehicle-specific intake system is extensively developed using cutting-edge design, testing, and prototyping methods. Constructed from only the finest quality components, every intake system undergoes a barrage of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, including volumetric airflow, intake temperature and dyno testing, to ensure accurate performance figures are achieved.

This system uses Eventuri's redesigned carbon fibre sealed airbox. Constructed as an upper and lower airbox design, separated by aa newly designed filter. This provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo inlet tube, whilst maximising the internal volume and intake tube size. The airbox comprises a high-flow rounded panel filter, CNC-machined MAP sensor bosses and the two-part carbon airbox/pod itself.

This Eventuri intake system utilises a bespoke, more rounded dry air filter element that is redesigned to give much smoother airflow, whilst eliminating stagnation points and achieving filtration levels in line with ISO and OE standards. Constructed from a dual-layer non-woven mesh and a urethane base material, the filter is cleanable and stable at very high temperatures. The filter medium has a significantly larger surface volume than the stock panel filter. To ensure seals are maintained the engineers designed CNC-machined flanges to encapsulate the filter and maintain maximum airflow and prevent heat ingress.

The final parts of the intake system consist of carbon fibre ducts, which create a sealed intake system and route cold air from the stock entry locations at the slam panel. These ducts efficiently direct ambient air into the filter, while sealing the filter housing from heat generated in the engine bay. Once the car is in motion, specially designed rubber edges and custom EPDM couplers maintain a secure and sealed connection. This provides an enhanced airflow that effectively forces air into the filters and displaces any ingress of hot air from the engine bay.

The OE filter and factory-fitted airbox systems create a more turbulent airflow due to the mating of a rectangular air filter/airbox system to a round turbo inlet. Replacing this inefficient set-up with a carbon fibre venturi stack/housing or custom intake design, combined with bespoke filtration, results in not only a more direct and smooth airflow all the way to the turbo/intake manifold, but a stunning visual upgrade for your engine bay, that is sure to make you the envy of anyone who sees it.
