6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or regional factors. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.

7. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change‑of‑mind returns may be offered at Speedcraft’s discretion and may exclude:

  • limited‑edition items
  • customised products
  • special‑order motorsport parts

  • incorrect installation,
  • misuse,
