Designed specifically for the Audi (8V) RS3 Gen 2, (8Y) RS3, (8S) TTRS, this Eventuri Carbon Fibre Turbo Inlet No Flange has been developed to provide the turbo's most efficient and direct airflow path.

After months of intense development and testing, Eventuri's engineers have achieved a world first - a 100% carbon fibre turbo inlet tube that improves volume, flow quality and temperature resistance. This turbo Inlet provides a smooth flow path from the 103mm diameter inlet to the 74mm outlet to the turbo flange. The smooth continuous curve profile maximises the internal volume without affecting the airflow negatively.

The inlet is finished in raw carbon so has no clear coat - which would not be able to withstand the heat generated from the turbo and exhaust manifold. The carbon fibre construction allows for a superior smoother inside flow surface which reduces the surface friction and allows increased airflow. By using a consistent 2mm wall thickness, strength and rigidity are maintained throughout the whole body, and withstand much higher operating temperatures. For additional protection from direct exhaust manifold heat, a reflective layer is applied where any close contact may occur, reducing overall radiant heat absorption. The advantage of using carbon fibre over traditional cast aluminium inlets is primarily down to thermal conductivity and the ability to keep the inside smoother.

The Eventuri engineers selected an inlet design that allows for custom or hybrid turbo upgrades when pushing for increased engine performance. A silicone coupler with an integrated thermal spacer acts as a barrier between the inlet tube and the chosen precision-engineered CNC turbo flange*, reducing heat soak, and thermal conductivity, while keeping air temperatures as low as possible.

Based on their extensive tuning and aeronautics background, the engineers at Eventuri are raising the standards for intake design and development. Focused on a complete solution, each vehicle-specific intake system is extensively developed using cutting-edge design, testing, and prototyping methods. Constructed from only the finest quality components, every intake system undergoes a barrage of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, including volumetric airflow, intake temperature and dyno testing, to ensure accurate performance figures are achieved.
