The Knox Hand Armour Urbane Pro Motorcycle Gloves have been constructed using a perforated Cowhide Palm with an Amara grip pad. The perforation allows for additional airflow, which is complimented by the breathable 3D spacer fabric used on the back of the hand.
For rider protection, the gloves have a Thermoplastic breathable knuckle guard which combines the Knox Micro-lock technology for impact protection. There is also a Knox Sport Patented Knox Scaphoid Protection System (SPS) on the palm (Patent No EP1594378) that eliminates the grab effect that occurs when a leather palm makes contact with the road, reducing the risk of hyper extension which can be the cause of a broken scaphoid. Due to the high quality protection included, these Gloves are CE approved to EN13594:2015.
The Gloves also have a wrap-around finger design which ends in Leather for superior comfort, and Amara touchscreen friendly fabric has been used on the index finger and thumb for device use whilst out on a ride.
Additional features includes the Knox Lift & Lock secure closure system on the cuff for an easy and secure fit, and a perforated Neoprene Cuff with leather wrist strap.
